Job Description: B2B Lead Generation Specialist (Odoo ERP )Location: Nasr CityDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Your expertise in Odoo ERP and the Gulf market will be crucial in generating high-quality opportunities for our sales consultants.This is a client-facing position where your ability to communicate effectively and understand business needs will directly contribute to achieving our ambitious revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential clients within key Gulf markets (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain) who can benefit from Odoo ERP solutions.Multi-Channel Outreach: Generate qualified leads through a strategic mix of channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling.CRM & Pipeline Management: Build, segment, and maintain a robust database of prospects within our CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and activity is meticulously logged.Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing sequences to build relationships, educate prospects, and move them effectively through the sales funnel.Sales Collaboration: Work in close coordination with the Sales & Business Development team to qualify leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate product demonstrations with Odoo consultants.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics, including lead generation activities, pipeline status, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving ERP software landscape within the Gulf region.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 2–4 years of proven experience in a B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development role, preferably within the software, SaaS, or IT services sector. (Experience with Odoo is a significant advantage).Regional Expertise: A demonstrated track record of successfully generating leads and engaging with clients in the Gulf region (KSA and UAE experience is essential).Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software (e.g., Odoo CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot), and email outreach tools.Language Skills: Flawless English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a hunter mentality. Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)Functional knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and their business applications (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing).Understanding of B2B sales methodologies, lead nurturing strategies, and digital marketing funnels.Prior experience working for an Odoo partner or a B2B SaaS company.
