To strengthen our presence in Germany and the Eastern Europe region, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Developer to drive growth and build long-term customer relationships. This recruitment follows a replacement and aims to ensure both the continuity and further development of our commercial activities in these markets. YOUR MISSIONAs Business Developer, your mission is to accelerate Extruflex’s growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring profitable development across your markets. You will promote the company’s product portfolio and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.The role reports directly to the Managing Director of Extruflex GmbH and focuses on the Fine Vinyl (FV) and Coatflex product ranges. The position covers Germany and selected export markets across Central and Eastern Europe. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarket Research & StrategyConduct in-depth research into new markets, trends, and competitors.Identify target markets for products and services.Develop and implement business growth and sales strategies.Lead Generation & SalesGenerate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and marketing initiatives.Develop proposals and presentations for clients.Negotiate and close deals leading to profitable sales.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.Provide feedback and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies and meet client requirements.Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination.Reporting & AnalysisTrack sales progress, performance metrics, and financial results to ensure corporate goals are achieved.Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client information in CRM systems.Professional Development & RepresentationAttend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company.PROFILEExperience:Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.Proven record of sales growth and customer acquisition.Prior experience as a sales representative or in customer-facing roles (sales, marketing, or service).Skills:Strong negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.Solid understanding of business development and sales growth techniques.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and teamwork mindset.Education & Languages:Degree in business, sales, or a related field.Fluent in German and English (both required).Personality:Dynamic, results-driven, and motivated by company growth and customer satisfaction.WHAT WE OFFERPermanent full-time contract (38 hours per week) 28 vacation days per year 2 days of home office per week Attractive compensation package with a base salary ranging from €35,000 to €45,000 gross per year and a variable bonus of up to 25%, based on individual and company performance.Company car, laptop, and smartphone provided Free on-site parkingApproximately 25% travel activity within Germany and export regionsInternational and innovative work environment within a growing industrial group with strong global presence.RECRUITMENT PROCESS1st interview: a 20–30 minute video call with the HR Manager.2nd interview: an in-person meeting with the Managing Director of Extruflex GmbH and the Sales and Operations Manager, including a video call with the HR Manager.
