Learn more about zen8labs at: https://www.zen8labs.com/      ReportingThe Sales & Marketing Intern reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Sales & Marketing Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:1. Sales SupportAssist the Sales team in researching potential clients, industries, and market trends.Support the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations.Help maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client data.Coordinate with internal teams to collect information needed for sales activities.Join meetings (when required) to take notes and support follow-up actions.2. Marketing SupportWrite and publish content for the company’s communication channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc.).Support the creation of marketing campaigns, social media posts, and digital materials.Assist in designing simple visual assets (posters, images, banners) is a plus.Help with event coordination and internal communication activities.Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvement ideas.Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:University student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.Strong writing skills and creativity in content creation.Good communication skills and willingness to learn.Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.Ability to use basic design tools (Canva, Figma…) is a plus.Hard-working, detail-oriented, positive attitude.Good in English (both written and verbal).What You Will GainHands-on experience in Sales and Marketing in a tech company.Opportunity to work with international clients and cross-functional teams.Skill development in content creation, client communication, research, and event planning.Supportive environment with room for creativity and personal growth.What we offer·      Great benefits-       Competitive financial support.-       Benefits such as free lunch, snacks, coffee, and tea at the beautiful pantry.-       Participation in company activities like trips, parties, and team-building events.-       Premium PTI health care insurance.-       Annual medical check-up.·      Working environment and development-       Fast-moving, young, dynamic, no-walls working environment.-       Sports activities including football and exercise breaks.-       Training in soft skills and technical skills.-       Additional perks like free coffee/tea/cookies, parking fee coverage, and year-end party.Join our team to become part of an amazing group of tech talents!
