What You’ll DoDrive Business GrowthDevelop and expand your own client portfolio, promoting our client's expertise to key players across the region.Design and execute prospecting strategies, from cold calls to networking events.Build long-term partnerships by understanding client challenges and offering tailored solutions.Prepare and deliver proposals, responses to RFPs, and strategic recommendations.Lead Commercial NegotiationsNegotiate commercial terms such as pricing, project timelines, and contractual conditions.Collaborate closely with your consultants.Recruit and Match Top TalentIdentify and assess candidates’ technical and interpersonal skills.Match consultants to client projects that align with their expertise and aspirations.Support the entire recruitment and client interview process.Empower and Support ConsultantsEnsure regular follow-up and personalized career support for consultants on assignment.Organize quarterly reviews with clients and consultants to foster engagement and satisfaction.Handle complex situations with empathy and professionalism.Contribute to Team CultureCreate and lead internal events (afterworks, training sessions, knowledge-sharing meetups).Promote a strong team spirit by encouraging consultants to work from the agency twice a month.About YouMaster’s degree (Engineering, Business, or equivalent).3–5 years of experience in business development, consulting, or recruitment.Entrepreneurial mindset, you’re proactive, resourceful, and love building things from the ground up.Proven track record in prospecting and opening new accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales, trade shows, and networking events.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you’re energized by meeting people and creating genuine connections.Dynamic, resilient, and team-oriented with strong emotional intelligence.Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.Why Join Our ClientTake full ownership of your business perimeter with real autonomy and responsibility.Work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment that values innovation and collaboration.Grow your career in a company that celebrates success and invests in your development.Be part of a people-first culture where your ideas truly make an impact.Ready to take on the challenge?
