Our client, a reputable organization in the sector, is seeking an experienced Business Developer to drive growth, manage NIPEX bidding, and build strong industry partnerships.This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with proven experience in tendering, proposal management, and client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage NIPEX registration, bidding, and tendering activities.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil & gas market.Build and maintain client relationships and industry partnerships.Prepare technical and commercial proposals and ensure timely submissions.Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets and growth objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline (Minimum Second Class Upper).HND holders must have Upper Credit or higher.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.Proven expertise in NIPEX bidding and tender management processes.Key SkillsStrong communication, negotiation, leadership, and project management skills; analytical and problem-solving mindset; excellent time management and attention to detail.
