EuropeGreeceLE_0208-Grohe Hellas LtdEmployee AssignmentHybridFull Time1 November 2025Location:Grohe Hellas Ltd Ethnikis Antistaseos 73, GR 152 31 ChalandriYour ImpactWe are looking for a dynamic Business Developer, OTC & Showroom, LIXIL Europe to drive sell-out performance and strengthen GROHE’s presence across retail and sub-dealer channels.In this role, you will build strong partnerships with distributors and retail partners, deliver training and commercial support to sub-dealers, and ensure our brand is visible, preferred, and growing in the marketplace.What You’ll Do Commercial Development & Sell-Out SupportPromote the GROHE bathroom and kitchen faucet portfolio across retail and sub-dealer channels.Drive sell-out by supporting sub-dealers with trainings, sales tools, promotions, and in-store activities.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across retail selling points. Relationship Building & Market EngagementStrengthen partnerships with distributors, sub-dealers, and retail partners through regular visits and close engagement.Act as a trusted partner for retail stakeholders, providing solutions that enhance brand preference and consumer experience. Market Insights & Growth OpportunitiesMonitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.Provide insights to internal teams to shape sales initiatives and commercial priorities. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to ensure smooth execution of promotions, deliveries, and after-sales support.Coordinate with Area Managers to align retail actions with the overall sales strategy.Brand Visibility & ActivationOrganize in-store activations, product launches, and targeted presentations to reinforce GROHE’s premium brand positioning.Support visibility actions to drive consumer engagement and strengthen category performance.What You’ll NeedProven experience in business development, specification sales, or project-driven commercial roles.Strong relationship-building skillsCustomer-centric mindset with commercial drive and proactive problem-solving approach.Ability to work autonomously, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and high accountability.Proficiency in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.What We OfferPermanent contractAttractive compensation package, company car€6 daily meal vouchersA young and dynamic work environment
