Job DescriptionCoordinate, manage, execute and analysis various projects in order to improve processes, implement new products and expand ShopeePay through marketing initiativesManage working files for daily operations in each project involvedImprove and implement best practices small merchant engagement strategiesEnd to end stakeholder management, project coordination and roll-out of projectsInitiate, manage and lead various projects from end to end with a maximum performanceConduct data analysis to find opportunities for process/product improvements for merchants and the Business Development teamEstablish and maintain relationship, conduct project meetings, make recommendations for project improvements and continuously follow up on the progress with relevant stakeholdersCreate overall flow and concept, action plans, report and escalate issuesInterpret key message, analyze and enhance professional deck presentationsCreate and continuously update the project documentationRequirementsBachelor's degree from top tier university. Experience in project management, project data and marketing / merchant engagementPreferable: Experienced working in FinTech, FnB, or E-CommerceHigh degree of proactive initiative and working with a sense of urgencyStrong work ethics and performance-drivenHighly skilled in excel and google slidesExcellent presentation skillsReliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
