Job Title: Business Continuity Specialist – Business Development DepartmentRoles and Responsibilities:Support the implementation of business development initiatives within the Business Continuity Department according to approved plans.Contribute to preparing feasibility studies and analyses for new projects and potential partnerships.Participate in developing operational and strategic plans that enhance organizational readiness and sustainability.Collect and analyze market and competitor data to identify areas for improvement and expansion opportunities.Prepare reports and presentations to support management with project performance and development indicators.Follow up on the implementation of development programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with business continuity standards.Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the implementation of business development initiatives and process improvements.Assist in building relationships with partners and related entities to enhance collaboration in the field of business continuity.Contribute to preparing risk management and continuity plans for critical business operations.Propose innovative ideas and initiatives that improve efficiency and support departmental objectives.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Fresh graduate (preferably with training or a project background in business development or continuity).Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and multitasking environment.
