We support SMEs across various industries.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Business Development & Account Manager with digital marketing agency experience. The role is primarily sales-focused, with shared responsibilities in client management and project coordination. You’ll help drive new business while working closely with the senior team to ensure smooth delivery for ongoing client projects.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales (70%)Generate new business through outreach, networking, and follow-upsConduct discovery calls and understand client needsPrepare proposals, quotations, and pitch presentationsManage the full sales cycle: lead → consult → closeAccount Management (30%) — Shared ResponsibilitiesSupport in managing client relationships together with the senior teamAssist with client onboarding, requirements gathering, and preparing project briefsCoordinate with internal teams (web dev, SEO, ads, creative) to ensure smooth deliveryHelp track project progress and ensure timelines are metParticipate in client review calls and provide updatesIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingRequirementsMandatory: 1–2 years experience working in a digital marketing agency (sales, BD, or account management)Strong understanding of digital marketing servicesProven ability to pitch and close clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSingaporean/PR only (no visa sponsorship)Proactive, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive basic salaryAttractive commission structureHybrid work arrangementHow to ApplySend your resume and a short introduction to rituchandak@huntersdigital.com, or apply directly on LinkedIn.
