Job DescriptionRole Overview As a Business Development, Acquisition Associate at SPX Express, you will help grow our hyperlocal logistics network by securing new partners, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting strategic initiatives to optimise revenue and operations. You will play a key role in shaping the future of e-commerce and logistics in Southeast Asia.Acquisition & Business DevelopmentIdentify and secure new business opportunities (Non-Shopee Sellers), and manage full sales cycleBe part of the acquisition team to acquire and gain market share, achieve effective practices and sales strategyMonitor and analyse sales performance and operation metrics to provide solutions to ensure revenue optimisation and sales targets metWork with team managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy Strategic Initiatives & Process ImprovementPartner with relevant teams to ensure synchronised strategic implementation and satisfactory customer experienceLead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiativesRequirementsBachelors degree preferably with business background, fresh graduates open to applyExperience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry is preferredPrior experience in sales or business development will be advantageous Good communication capability and enjoy client facing workStrong business acumen and analytical skills Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
