Mavi ranks among the world’s leading premium denim brands and stands apart as the preferred lifestyle brand across female and male consumer segments.We are looking for a Business Development Analysis and Operations Supervisor to join our team, who brings innovative ideas, has a strategic mindset, and is passionate about driving business growth.Aligned with Mavi’s goals and strategies, you will play a key role in supporting company-wide sales targets by managing budget planning, feasibility studies, and cost analyses for new store openings and financial leasing operations across existing stores.What will be expected of you in this role?Managing project budget control processes and ensuring accurate preparation and monitoring of financial reports,Conducting financial control and analysis activities,Performing cost and profitability analyses,Identifying potential risks and developing risk management tools (e.g., policies and procedures) while ensuring group-wide compliance and control,Preparing, reviewing, and communicating monthly and periodic financial reports to relevant departments,Leading financial and operational projects,Ensuring feasibility and profitability analyses related to investment projects, including location (street and shopping mall), region, and customer potential assessments,Preparing the company’s investment budget and coordinating the process with relevant departments.What We Are Looking For:İf you have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fieldsİf you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a related field,İf you have strong command of SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),İf you possess an innovative mindset, are result-oriented, and demonstrate strong planning, analytical thinking, leadership, and organizational skills,İf you are a strong team player,İf you have proven experience in analysis and reporting,Then, you can be a part of our team.We can’t wait to meet unique, creative thinking, productive and innovative candidates, who match Mavi’s brand spirit and closely follow fashion and global trends.*Driven by our “All Blue.
