We’re looking for a driven and analytical Business Development Analyst to identify new opportunities, build the commercial cases that guide our strategy, and support how we evaluate markets and partnerships. Our objective approach champions diversity, ensures fair terms, and ultimately enables more small businesses to make a positive impact on society.About the RoleAs a Business Development Analyst at Froda, you’ll play a key role in shaping our commercial direction combining analytical rigour with strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with the Business Development and Partnerships teams, supporting everything from new market evaluations and partner opportunities to competitive analysis and business cases that inform our growth strategy.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and commercial execution someone equally comfortable structuring an RFP response, building market sizing models, and synthesizing insights for senior stakeholders.What You’ll DoConduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends across fintech, embedded finance, and SME lending.Build financial and commercial business cases for new markets, products, and partnerships.Support partner pitches and RFP processes, from gathering data to shaping value propositions and recommendations.Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Data teams to evaluate integrations, product extensions, and commercial impact.Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate insights into clear guidance for leadership decisions.What You BringA master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, or a similar analytical field2–4 years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or commercial analytics, preferably within fintech, finance, or tech.Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.Solid understanding of business models, unit economics, and financial modelling.Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal.Who You AreA collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional settings.Insight-driven and structured, you enjoy turning data and complexity into clarity that supports commercial decision-making.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between high-level strategic thinking and detailed analytical work.Motivated by impact, curious by nature, and energized by exploring new markets, business models, and partnership opportunities.What’s in it for you?Working at Froda means working at a company that combines the best of both worlds – fun and fast-paced culture, yet stable and structured.
