Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies related to business development.Create long-term programs to enhance company value through market, mode, and consumer development.Prepare necessary data and conduct preliminary analyses for upcoming product launches and programs.Provide recommendations on pricing strategies and program initiatives for each planned product.Prepare and analyze budget projections required for the combination of planned programs.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Urban Planning.Strong communication and analytical skills.Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Development Analyst in a reputable property consulting company.Proficient in conducting Feasibility Studies.Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.Willing to be placed in the Tangerang area.
