Cloud Chariots Services is seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth within the cloud solutions sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to close deals, manage a team, and deliver results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities within the cloud services market (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development and Sales Executives to achieve performance targets.Identify and secure new business leads through networking, market research, and relationship-building.Present tailored cloud solutions to clients and stakeholders to support business challenges and digital transformation efforts.Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.Track, measure, and report on sales performance and pipeline progress.Maintain strong industry awareness and knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.QualificationsMinimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience within the IT or cloud services industry.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.Solid understanding of the cloud services market (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud).Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.Ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve organizational goals.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their Cover Letter and CV to:📧 info@cloudchariotsservices.com🗓 Application Deadline: 20th December 2025
