About UsBacked by Harmony Auto, we’re building one of Australia’s fastest-growing EV and premium automotive dealer networks across Australia and New Zealand.We combine sustainability, technology, and a customer-first approach — and now we’re looking for passionate people to help us deliver that vision.About the RoleWe’re seeking a proactive Business Development Assistant to support our network expansion and property development projects — from site assessments and partner onboarding to compliance and OEM collaboration.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and business-minded — someone who enjoys transforming strategy into action. A real estate or property background is essential, and experience in real estate sales will be highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport business and network expansion: market analysis, pipeline tracking, and feasibility assessments.Conduct real estate market research to identify potential sites and evaluate investment opportunities, especially within the Melbourne metro area.Prepare and manage project documentation — NDAs, applications, SOPs, and progress reports.Coordinate with landlords, agents, councils, contractors, and vendors for due diligence, permits, and construction milestones.Assist with dealer and lease agreements, and ensure compliance with relevant legal and franchising codes.Work closely with OEM partners on brand standards, signage, and new store launches.Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, data analyses, and business reports for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain dashboards and performance tracking systems (KPI monitoring, coverage mapping, project timelines).Ensure compliance with WHS, privacy, and other regulatory frameworks.Support day-to-day business development initiatives and cross-functional coordination.What We’re Looking For1-2 years’ experience in business development, real estate, project coordination, or automotive.Solid understanding of the Melbourne real estate market and property dynamics.Real estate sales or investment experience strongly preferred.Strong data analysis and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards).Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) — essential for internal and regional collaboration.Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative, proactive, and detail-focused personality.Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel for site visits when required.Legal or compliance exposure (contracts, leases, franchising code) highly regarded.Why Join UsShape the future of a national EV and premium automotive network during a period of exciting growth.Work at the intersection of automotive, real estate, and business strategy.Collaborate with senior leaders, OEM partners, and property experts.Clear career pathways into Business Development, Property, Legal, or Operations.Supportive and collaborative team culture — where your ideas make a real impact.
