We value speed, autonomy, and clarity—and we close deals in one call.The Role:This is a foundational hire in Manila. You will be responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth in the US market and eventually building and leading the Manila sales team. You’ll begin by mastering the product, setting meetings for the US team, and laying the groundwork for a full-cycle sales team.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify ideal B2B prospects in the US marketRun outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to generate qualified leadsBuild scalable lead generation processes from scratchBook meetings and pitch solutions to US-based prospectsOwn the full sales cycle from outreach to closingJoin discovery and sales calls, handle objections, and drive deals to closeCollaborate with the US sales team to refine pitch and outreach strategiesMaintain accurate lead and deal tracking in CRM toolsStay up to date on product offerings, competitors, and industry trendsQualifications:3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a B2B focusProven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or B2B closingExcellent communication and persuasion skillsFamiliarity with tools like Apollo, Hubspot, Outreach, or similarStrong work ethic, resourcefulness, and ownership mindsetExperience in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech industries is a plusWilling to work US Eastern (NYC) hours full-time
