Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and onboard new institutional and exchange partners to drive trading volume and revenue growth.Actively pitch our trading and liquidity services to crypto exchanges, brokers, and institutional clients.Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiation to closing deals.Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, compliance) to deliver smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new partners.Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.Track and report key sales metrics, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.Support strategic commercial negotiations and assist in structuring partnership agreements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or financial institutions.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Strong understanding of the crypto and digital asset ecosystem, including exchanges, liquidity, and institutional trading.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker with a proactive, “hunter” mindset.
