Attitude will be critical in this role.About the RoleYour first year will be spent gaining experience and learning everything there is to know about financial planning. You'll learn about the client journey, report writing, different types of analysis and how to use our tools and processes. You'll also enroll in the CISI and CII Financial qualifications, which will start your journey to becoming a qualified Financial Planner. You will also gain additional skills through a variety of training programmes delivered by our apprenticeship provider and our fantastic Learning and Development team. After your first year, you will be able to specialise your development towards becoming a Financial Planner. You will be working alongside our Area Manger to source, prospect and book UK nationals and ex-pats that are current in, or moving to, Portugal.
