You'll learn about the client journey, report writing, different types of analysis and how to use our tools and processes. You'll also have the opportunity to enroll in the CISI and CII Financial qualification, which will start your journey to becoming a qualified Financial Planner. You will also gain additional skills through a variety of training programmes delivered by our apprenticeship provider and our fantastic Learning and Development team.What You Will BringWhilst we don't require prior experience in finance, we are searching for dedicated individuals who are serious about creating a career in financial planning with us. We're making a significant investment in our future financial planning talent to help support and drive dV's growth, and we need you to be a part of it.You will have experience in cold calling and lead generation and be a highly self-motivated individual who likes to work in a performance driven, commission-based role.You must be fully bi-lingual (written and spoken) in Russian and English for this outbound, telephone based role.dV has a collaborative culture, and you will collaborate with multiple teams both inside and outside your office during the programme. As a result, we value team-working abilities.We’re looking for people who pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy throughout their work.Whilst client Advice will be limited initially, we are looking for those who can succeed as their careers advance.
