BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (B2B FRANCHISE SALES) EXECUTIVEThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development at AI-CHA FOOD KH located in Koh Pich area in Phnom Penh Cambodia. The BD Executive will be responsible for market research and site analysis, developing franchise expansion strategies, building partnerships, handling business negotiations, coordinating store launches, and managing data reporting.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Market Research & Site Analysis; Study target area’s market, consumers, and competitors; assess site feasibility and value.Franchise Strategy & Planning; Develop expansion plans (direct & franchise); organize promotional events and expos.Partnership Development; Approach potential franchisees, real estate, and property firms; build cooperation channels.Business Negotiation & Contracting; Negotiate franchise terms; assist with contract signing and business discussions.Project Execution & Store Launch; Coordinate internal teams for site setup; verify franchisee qualifications and opening support.Data Management & Reporting; Maintain franchise data and progress reports; regularly update management on results.QUALIFICATIONS:· Education & ExperienceDiploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; experience in franchise development or store expansion preferred.· Industry Knowledge & NetworkFamiliar with franchise operations, site selection, and commercial property; advantage for those with real estate or franchisee resources.· Skills & Personal QualitiesStrong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; proficient in MS Office; goal-oriented, resilient, team player, and willing to travel.
