We are looking for an independent, result-driven business developer to build B2B partnerships and bring them to the paid stage.This is a role for someone who enjoys negotiation, understands urgency, and knows how to lead partners to a decision — not just “keep communication moving”.What you’ll doengage new B2B partners (lead searching, cold outreach)negotiate and finalize agreements with confirmed paymentsfollow up consistently and professionally until payment is completedhand projects to our operations team once payment is securedWho will match this roleyou have experience in business or B2B partnerships related to South Asia / Central Asia(India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Georgia, etc.)oryou have closed paid B2B agreements in international recruitmentWork style we valueYou’ll have flexibility and freedom to manage your schedule —but this role is measured by results, not hours.We’re looking for someone proactive who can work independently and take ownership of outcomes.What we offerbase + commission from confirmed paymentsremote work with flexible scheduleexisting partner interest & operational support after paymentfast communication, no corporate politics
