Our mission is to equip individuals with the tools and mindset needed to thrive in today’s evolving business landscape.We are currently seeking a Business Development Collaborator to join our global team — someone who is motivated, growth-oriented, and ready to contribute to our expanding organization and long-term vision.About the RoleAs a Business Development Collaborator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of mentorship and entrepreneurial development within FWM. This is a contract-based opportunity (5–10 hours/week), ideal for individuals passionate about leadership, collaboration, and community building. In other words, you or your business contract with us, for you to develop your own business.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with FWM Mentoring leadership to develop and implement strategic growth initiativesFacilitate mentor–mentee relationships, including onboarding, scheduling, and communicationSupport mentors and mentees in setting and achieving professional and personal goalsAssist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new mentors, ensuring alignment with FWM Mentoring values and standardsThis is a remote position, with occasional travel opportunities. Full role details will be shared during the selection process. The selection process is a total of 5 calls, with sufficient pause between each to allow for reflection and commitment to a next call in the series.
