OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer with proven experience in permanent recruitment within the UAE/GCC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, developing long-term partnerships, and expanding our recruitment services across key industry verticals. A strong understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and client relationship management is essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for permanent recruitment across the GCC region.Build and maintain strong relationships with HR decision-makers and hiring managers.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new accounts.Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client data, and activity reports.Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop customized recruitment solutions.Participate in recruitment events, networking forums, and trade shows as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.Minimum 4–7 years of experience in business development within a recruitment agency, focusing on permanent hiring in UAE/GCCSound knowledge of UAE/GCC recruitment markets, labor laws, and industry trends.Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing large accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
