Dayalima Recruitment is seeking a Business Development professional with a background in the recruitment industry to drive client engagement, identify business opportunities, and achieve growth targets through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:Understand clients’ business challenges and identify their needs related to Dayalima Recruitment’s solutions.Analyze market potential, track sales activities, and prepare reports on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for new products or services.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Manage the end-to-end business development process, including bidding and proposal preparation, to achieve individual and team targets.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major) from a reputable university.At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing — preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Highly initiative-driven and self-motivated.Skilled in presentation and pitching, with the ability to create professional decks.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
