Business Development Director - China

Our client is a global biotechnology organization dedicated to advancing innovative therapies that transform patient care. Our focus is on cutting-edge research and strategic collaborations that drive the development of next-generation treatments. They are currently looking for a Business Development Senior Director to help them in the expansion of their pipeline. Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential technology platforms, assets, and partnership opportunities within the biopharma sector.Collaborate with global R&D teams to support pipeline expansion and strategic initiatives.Attend key industry conferences to monitor scientific trends, build networks, and establish strategic contacts.Participate in due diligence processes for potential collaborations and licensing opportunities.Assist in preparing and supporting negotiations for business development transactions.Contribute to presentations and proposals for senior leadership on partnership opportunities.Maintain strong internal and external relationships to facilitate successful collaborations.Requirements:PhD in biological sciences (e.g., cell biology, immunology)At least 5 years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred.Solid understanding of drug discovery and development processes.Expertise in cell therapy, including product design, development, and manufacturing.Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Prior experience in licensing or BD transactions is an advantage.Highly collaborative and team-oriented mindset.If you are interested, please apply with your CV attached.
