Business Development Director — GCC (based in Dubai)📍 Location: Dubai (Hybrid) 💼 Employment type: Full-time, permanent 📊 Reports to: VP Growth (matrix with Regional GM) ✈️ Travel: ~30% (within GCC & broader Middle East)About the RoleWe’re looking for a Business Development Director to lead new logo acquisition and expansion across the GCC region, with a focus on our Innovation & AI Consulting portfolio — including Generative AI & agents, Data & Analytics, Microsoft 365/Copilot adoption, NVIDIA GPU & accelerated computing, and Cloud transformation.You’ll build executive relationships across key industries, shape complex deals, and collaborate with delivery and partner teams to turn opportunities into referenceable wins.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket ownership: Define and execute a GCC go-to-market strategy across priority verticals such as Public Sector, Energy, Financial Services, Retail/Luxury, Healthcare, and Industrial.Pipeline creation: Build and maintain ≥3x pipeline coverage vs. quarterly targets through ABM, partner co-selling (Microsoft, NVIDIA, SAP, Snowflake), regional events, and executive outreach.Deal leadership: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits (CIO/CDO/CTO, Procurement, Legal), develop value narratives, and drive proposals, SoWs, and commercial models through to close.Partner motion: Execute joint go-to-market plans with Microsoft (including Copilot adoption), NVIDIA, and key ISVs; manage MDF and joint marketing activities.Account expansion: Partner with Delivery to run land-and-expand motions, QBRs, and success plans to grow ARR and services pull-through.Forecast & governance: Ensure CRM discipline, pipeline accuracy, and risk visibility; run weekly deal reviews and quarterly business reviews.Thought leadership: Represent us at regional conferences; publish insights on GenAI at work, agentic automation, and responsible AI.Ideal Profile10–12+ years in B2B technology or consulting sales (innovation, cloud, data/AI, digital transformation).Proven success driving innovation and AI-led transformation initiatives.Experience within Microsoft (MCPP, Copilot, Fabric) and/or NVIDIA / AWS ecosystems.Strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai; strong understanding of GCC business culture and enterprise landscape.Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.Bonus: Experience with public sector tenders, large enterprise frameworks, or AI governance topics.Compensation & Benefits💰 Competitive base salary + performance-based variable 🌍 Comprehensive benefits package 🏢 Hybrid work model (Dubai HQ + regional travel)If you’re passionate about AI-driven innovation, strategic partnerships, and scaling growth across the GCC, we’d love to hear from you.
