We are looking for someone who shares our passion for disrupting global industries across transportation, travel, hospitality, events, and financial services, driving continuous growth and success.About this roleWe’re on a mission to grow fast and win in one of the most competitive markets: France As the Business Development Director of France, you’ll be the driving force behind our local growth — building new revenue streams, scaling existing partnerships, and making sure we stay one step ahead of well-known competitors.This isn’t just a sales role. You’ll own the end-to-end country strategy: leading business development, managing partnerships, and shaping how we compete in-market. You’ll also work closely with global strategy leads and senior leadership to make sure our country plan feeds into the bigger picture.What you’ll doShape the marketOwn and deliver the commercial growth strategy for France.Spot and act on new opportunities to grow revenue, expand reach, and outpace competitors.Keep a sharp eye on market trends and rivals, turning insights into action.Drive business developmentLead the charge on new business deals, from pipeline creation to negotiation and close.Build strong commercial agreements that deliver value for both sides.Represent us at industry events and conferences, building visibility and networks.Grow partnershipsOversee existing partnerships, making sure they perform and grow.Build senior-level relationships to unlock renewals, upsells, and expansion.Develop joint business plans with key partners and make sure they happen.CollaborateCollaborate with global strategy leads, partnerships, and business leaders to align country execution with global goals.Act as the face of the business in France.About youYou’ve got proven experience in sales, business development, and account/partnership management.You know how to build and execute growth strategies in competitive markets.You’re a strong negotiator and relationship builder, especially with senior stakeholders.You’ve led teams and know how to inspire them to deliver results.Native language is France and fluent in English.
