We are seeking a talented Business Development to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge applications and systems.Job Overview:Business Development function is responsible for continuously expanding the SuperFood merchant ecosystem. Its core focus is to increase the number of high-quality merchants, ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process, and support merchant growth and loyalty through strategic and relationship-driven approaches.Key Responsibilities:▶️ Acquire potential merchants based on SuperFood’s brand criteria and market segmentation.▶️ Manage the end-to-end onboarding process—from registration and training to ensuring smooth merchant operations.▶️ Monitor merchant performance regularly and provide insights and recommendations to drive sales growth.▶️ Act as the primary liaison between merchants and internal teams to address needs, challenges, and collaboration opportunities.▶️ Develop and implement merchant loyalty programs, including education, performance incentives, and content collaborations.▶️ Create merchant segmentation and management strategies based on performance data and growth potential.▶️ Document all acquisition, onboarding, and merchant feedback processes for continuous improvement.▶️ Prepare merchant development reports and strategic recommendations for management.Qualification :✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the F&B, tech, or startup industry.✔️ Strong understanding of the full partner or merchant lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.✔️ Proven ability to build strong and credible relationships with business partners from diverse backgrounds.✔️ Experienced in using data to analyze performance and support strategic decision-making.✔️ Communicative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.✔️ Skilled in delivering professional presentations, conducting negotiations, and developing partnership proposals.What We Offer:✅ Competitive salary✅ Opportunities for professional growth and development.✅ A collaborative and innovative work environment.
