We’re Hiring – Business Development Engineer Location: Corniche Elnil , Maadi , Cairo, Egypt Company: AMW for Construction (S.A.E) Type: Full-timeAMW for Construction is expanding its operations in the infrastructure and energy sectors and is looking for a Business Development Engineer to join our growing team.This role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious professional who can identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and help position AMW among the leading construction companies in Egypt and the region.Key ResponsibilitiesRegister the company in the approved contractor lists private entities.Prepare and maintain prequalification files (technical & financial).Track new tenders and project opportunities locally and regionally.Build and strengthen relationships with engineering, procurement, and business development teams of major companies.Attend exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.Prepare regular market intelligence reports on new projects and competitors.Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and partners.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Tendering within the construction or infrastructure field.Previous work in infrastructure, utilities, or renewable energy projects.Existing network with consultants, developers, or EPC contractorsExcellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and market research abilities.Fluent in English and Arabic.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeAmbitious, organized, and able to work under pressure.
