Job Description

*Job Responsibilities:• Develop and implement innovative, data-driven business strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals and customer needs.• Lead market research to identify industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.• Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and inform decision-making.• Create and deliver customized sales presentations to highlight key product benefits and value propositions.• Support the sales team with effective communication strategies to boost customer engagement and conversion.• Conduct onboarding and training programs for new hires, focusing on after-sales skills and product knowledge.• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to enhance team performance.• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in emerging markets and customer segments.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate long-term business.• Monitor customer performance using Flop & White Spots criteria; generate performance reports and insights.*Job Requirements & Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST.• 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or equivalent.• Strong technical background in Automotive.• Knowledge of Mercedes EPC is preferred.• Good knowledge of supply chain procedures is preferred.
