HSO is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to generate new business and drive revenue growth across New Zealand, specializing in AI and data platform solutions. You'll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, collaborating with delivery and product teams, and executing strategic sales plans.Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted industry prospecting and lead generation, leveraging our strategic partner networkDevelop a deep understanding of HSO's product offerings and how they address client needsPrepare and present compelling proposals, demonstrations, and sales presentations that communicate the value of AI and data platform solutionsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, scope, and quote solutions tailored to client expectationsStay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscapeActively contribute to best practices and continual improvement at HSO, including global engagement and social media presenceEngage with clients in New Zealand, with opportunities to work with Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe, and North AmericaGeneral Duties:Prioritize workload to ensure high standards and urgency for business-critical tasksSupport and help develop a positive workplace cultureDemonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skillsResponsibly manage business resources within accountability levelsComply with all employment obligations and promote the business's best interestsDemonstrate commitment to Work Health and SafetyRequirements3+ years' experience closing sales opportunities with enterprise customers in technology services or software consultingProven ability to achieve sales targets, design strategies, and implement plans that drive resultsStrong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and related platformsAnalytical problem-solving skills, balancing stakeholder and technical requirementsExceptional emotional intelligence and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience with CRMs, sales tools, forecasting, and Microsoft Azure offeringsAbility to work independently and remotely as part of a fast-paced, high-growth teamBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferredBenefitsWhy should you choose HSO ANZ?HSO is a leading Microsoft Partner specialising in Dynamics365.
