We're looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our events team in Queenstown. If you excel at building strong relationships, thrive on uncovering new opportunities, and are committed to delivering outstanding results, this is the role for you.As our Business Development Executive - Events, you'll play a key role in growing business events revenue by identifying and securing new opportunities. You'll build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and associations, ensuring our partners are engaged and inspired. Supporting the planning and organisation of events and functions, you'll also champion RealNZ's brand and purpose, sharing our story while driving meaningful connections with clients.What You'll BringAt least 3 years experience in an Account Management positionA minimum of 24 months experience in a Business Development role preferably in the Tourism industryA proven sales mindset - always on the lookout for the next opportunity.Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.Proven experience working in EventsExceptional written and verbal communication skills.A calm and focused approach under pressure.Full, clean driver's licence.Flexibility to travel domestically.Requirement to support weekend and evening workWhat's in It for You?Be part of a passionate, collaborative team that lives and breathes our values.Enjoy some incredible staff perks!
