The ideal candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about the education sector. You will identify business opportunities, build and maintain partnerships, and help us achieve our student recruitment goals for upcoming intakes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to recruit students for partner universities and colleges.Identify and build partnerships with institutions, agents, and referral networks.Conduct market research to explore new regions and program opportunities.Attend education fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote CHS Education.Manage leads through CRM, follow up with students, and close enrolments.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and social-media promotions.Maintain strong relationships with existing students, parents, and partner representatives.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, conversion, and revenue.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality ManagementBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Information SystemsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (required).Master’s in Business Information Systems or related field (preferred).[North South University, United International University, BRAC University, East West University, Independent University, Bangladesh ]students will get preferenceSkills Required: Business/ Product Development, Sales & Marketing, communication and interpersonal skill.Experience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Immigration and Education Consultancy ServiceAdditional Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or education consultancy (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.Strong command of English and Bangla (spoken and written).Ability to meet deadlines and achieve monthly targets.Job LocationDhaka (Dhanmondi)SalaryTk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
