We are now expanding our footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and seeking an experienced Saudi-based Business Development Executive to drive our business growth in the region.Position SummaryThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services or staffing industry. The candidate should have strong relationships with key clients across Saudi Arabia and be capable of generating immediate revenue through existing networks.This is a senior, client-facing role that requires strategic thinking, deep market understanding, and strong communication skills to represent our firm with professionalism and confidence.LocationRemote / Hybrid – Anywhere in Saudi Arabia (Preference for candidates based in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam)Work AuthorizationCitizens onlyIqama sponsorship is not availableCompensationCompetitive base salary (SAR)Uncapped recurring commissions on closed accountsPerformance-based annual incentivesQualificationsMinimum 12–15 years of professional experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT Services, Technology, or Staffing/Recruitment sectorsProven record of closing enterprise or government accounts with multi-million SAR contract valuesStrong understanding of the Saudi IT and staffing market, including public sector tenders, Etimad platform, and vendor registration processesEstablished connections with C-level executives, Procurement, HR, and Vendor Management teams in major Saudi enterprises or government entitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills in English and ArabicProficient in using digital sales tools, including CRM systems, email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and virtual presentation platformsKey ResponsibilitiesLeverage existing professional network to bring in new clients and immediate business opportunitiesIdentify, research, and pursue high-potential industries and clients within the Saudi public and private sectorsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target organizationsDevelop and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs and our firm’s service offeringsExecute end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closureCollaborate with company leadership to develop sales strategies aligned with Saudi market trends and Vision 2030 initiativesProvide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansionPreferred BackgroundExperience working with or selling to Saudi government ministries, giga projects (e.g., NEOM, Red Sea Global, PIF projects), or major Saudi conglomeratesFamiliarity with Saudization goals, GOSI, and Saudi Labor LawPrior experience in IT consulting, outsourcing, or manpower supply services
