Business Development Executive

Anderson Global seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. We are a leading firm providing a full range of services including tax planning, compliance, accounting, corporate structuring, and business advisory solutions. We assist individuals, SMEs, and corporates in navigating complex financial and regulatory environments with confidence and efficiency.Role Overview:The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and building long-term relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.Promote the company’s services to potential clients across corporate and individual segments.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and service quotations.Work closely with the advisory team to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.Maintain and update client interaction records using CRM tools.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Represent the company at business forums, networking events, and seminars.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within consulting or accounting sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
