The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong business relationships with international clients.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities in the US market through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients to drive business growth.Understand client requirements, pitch suitable solutions, and prepare customized proposals.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, and marketing) for smooth execution and client satisfaction.Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / International Sales / Lead Generation Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable working in night shift (US business hours).Target-oriented, self-motivated, and a quick learner.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Key Skills:B2B Sales, International Sales, US Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Cold Calling, Communication Skills, Negotiation, Relationship Management, Sales Target AchievementInterested can share your resume at giri@varundigitalmedia.com
