This role will focus on identifying and developing new corporate partnerships, securing long-term business, and driving revenue growth.The position will suit a confident sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for creating opportunities. Frequent travel will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect and convert new business opportunities through a range of sales methods.Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact through to contract agreement and client handover.Support tenders and proposals, ensuring professional and timely submissions.Negotiate commercial terms and secure agreements that drive growth.Collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities and ensure smooth onboarding.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and market activity.Stay across industry trends and developments to uncover new opportunities.About YouPrevious experience in business development or sales, ideally in a service-driven industry.Proven ability to source, build and convert a pipeline of opportunities.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Commercially minded, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.Experience in accommodation, travel or related industries (Highly Regarded)
