Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Cold Calling)Company: DevStax Location: Onsite - Lahore Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)Job Overview:As a Business Development Executive (B2B Cold Calling), you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients across international markets. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and promoting DevStax’s services to build strong business relationships.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients in international markets.Present DevStax’s services and solutions effectively to decision-makers.Identify client needs, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings for senior sales staff.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in CRM systems.Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all client interactions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Freshers can also apply).1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or cold calling (Digital Marketing experience is a plus).Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence and persistence in reaching out to prospects via calls and emails.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Comfortable working onsite during night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM), Monday to Friday.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Professional growth and career advancement opportunities.Friendly and collaborative work environment.Ongoing training and skill development.If you’re passionate about sales, driven by results, and ready to work with an ambitious team, we’d love to hear from you!📩 Apply now at: hrm@devstax.org03084667326
