The Dhaka-based team at Bengal Digital Solution manages Task Heroes’ business development and digital marketing operations to accelerate its growth across the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through social media, email outreach, and phone calls.Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Maintain and track lead and client data in CRM systems.Conduct market and competitor research to identify business growth opportunities.Collaborate with the creative team to support content development and campaign strategies.Requirements1–3 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or digital marketing.Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and advertising trends.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-driven.Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.Salary & Benefits💼 Monthly Salary: 20,000 BDT (Negotiable based on experience and skills).🎯 Performance-based incentives and bonuses.🕓 Flexible working hours with remote work on Saturdays.🗓️ Weekly holiday: Friday.🚀 Growth opportunities in an international project and a fast-paced digital agency.🤝 Collaborative and creative work environment at Bengal Digital Solution.
