We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us expand our market presence, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients and partners.Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.Develop and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and demos.Collaborate with technical and product teams to align solutions with client requirements.Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.Maintain sales pipeline, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Experience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)Additional Requirements1+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT or software industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English & Bangla).Ability to understand and explain software solutions to non-technical clients.Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.Experience with international clients, software project bidding, and CRM tools will be a strong advantage.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh, Dhaka
