Job Description

At JustSimple, we help brands grow through professional websites, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and full-funnel digital solutions. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about helping businesses succeed online.You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, pitching digital solutions, and expanding JustSimple’s client base.Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business leads through networking, outreach, calls, social media, and inbound inquiries.Present JustSimple’s website, SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing services to potential clients.Understand client needs and propose suitable digital solutions that align with their business goals.Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, prospects, and partners.Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.Track sales performance, pipeline updates, and revenue targets.Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and industry opportunities.Qualifications:Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing (agency experience is a bonus).Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.Good understanding of website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital services (training provided).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking to business owners and decision-makers.Fluent in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.What We Offer:Competitive basic salary + high commission + performance bonuses.Training and guidance to help you succeed in digital solution selling.Medical & travel allowance.Fun, young, and supportive digital agency environment.Opportunities for fast career growth (Senior BDE → Business Development Manager).Opportunity to work with clients across various industries.Job Type: Full-time, PermanentLocation: Petaling Jaya, SelangorPay: From RM3,500.00 per month (depending on experience)Benefits:Commission & IncentivesMobile & Internet AllowanceMedical & Annual LeaveCareer Advancement OpportunitiesSupportive, Creative Team Culture
