Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Responsibilities:Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the commercial Kitchen furniture market.Develop strategic plans to secure long-term contracts and partnerships.Maintain a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.Grow existing accounts by introducing new products, services, or solutions.Act as the lead contact for major client projects, ensuring smooth execution and high client satisfaction.Manage projects end-to-end, from initial engagement through deliveryCollaborate with the wider sales team on proposals and closing deals.Support the General Manager with tender submissions and sourcing key products.Craft compelling client proposals, including visual presentations and product information.What We’re Looking For:5+ years’ experience in a similar business development or sales role, ideally within the furniture, interiors industry or selling into the construction industry.A strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.Deep knowledge of the Kitchen furniture market in IrelandExcellent client relationship and account management skills.Experience managing full project lifecycles, ensuring quality and timely delivery.A strategic, proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
