We are driven by innovation, affordability, and customer satisfaction in promoting clean energy adoption across the continent.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence across Lagos and Western Nigeria.Key Responsibilities:‌*Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, SMEs, and communities to drive market expansion.‌*Conduct market research to understand customer needs, energy trends, and competitive activities.*‌Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate Solar Africa’s value proposition.*‌Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.*‌Achieve monthly sales targets, maintain accurate reports, and provide feedback to the Sales Manager on performance.Qualifications and Requirements:*B.Sc. in Arts, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related fields.*‌Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client management.‌ *Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.*‌Certification in Digital Marketing or Media is an added advantage.Work Structure & Compensation:‌Hybrid schedule‌Monthly Salary: ₦135,000.‌ Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their resume to hr@cworthenergy.com with the subject line: “Business Development Executive – Lagos"
