Müzeverse is an immersive VR museum platform redefining how audiences experience culture. With two operational experiences and a strong growth pipeline across Türkiye and the GCC, we are expanding our commercial team to build strategic partnerships and revenue channels.We are seeking a Business Development Executive to lead inbound and outbound business development across corporate sales, private group bookings, employee benefit partnerships, title sponsorships, and event activations such as pop-ups, conferences, hackathons, and meetups.Core Responsibilities• Develop and execute structured sales pipelines across B2B, B2G, and institutional clients.• Secure sponsorships and strategic brand partnerships for our permanent and touring experiences.• Establish corporate benefit programs in collaboration with HR and rewards platforms.• Manage inbound leads and drive outbound prospecting through CRM, LinkedIn, and partner networks.• Prepare commercial proposals, MoUs, and sponsorship decks.• Report weekly KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue performance.• Coordinate with marketing and operations for cross-functional execution of campaigns and events.• Represent Müzeverse at industry conferences and networking forums.Qualifications• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sponsorship sales (preferably in entertainment, culture, or tech sectors).• Proven track record in closing B2B deals and building long-term client relationships.• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Turkish.• Results-driven with analytical reporting discipline.• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced, and creative business environments.Performance & Reporting• Structured weekly KPI tracking: leads, outreach volume, conversions, deal value, and client retention.• Monthly performance reviews tied to revenue and pipeline metrics.• Quarterly bonus structure linked to partnership growth and sponsorship income.What We Offer• Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.• Exposure to leading brands, cultural institutions, and innovation networks.• Opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling CultureTech ecosystem.
