The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving student finance services and lead generation for our UK-based clients. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, video content creation, and business development.The successful candidate will be expected to produce engaging social media content, including short marketing reels, videos, and posts, to promote our services. You will work closely with our marketing team to create content that resonates with students and drives engagement. Additionally, you will engage with potential clients, attending to their needs throughout calls, assisting them with documentation, and ensuring they receive the support required to move forward.Key Responsibilities:Creation and presentation of engaging video content for social media platforms, promoting student finance services and lead generation options.Collaboration with the marketing team to develop strategies and digital campaigns aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and boosting brand visibility.Management of the company’s social media platforms, including the creation of tailored content for each platform.Engagement with potential clients, guiding them through the process, addressing inquiries, and providing clear instructions on necessary documentation.Assistance to clients through calls, offering personalized support to ensure they receive the necessary information to make informed decisions.Monitoring and analysis of the performance of video content and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and engagement.Collaboration with other departments to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with the company’s brand strategy.Fluency in Hindi is highly desirable, as it will enable connection with a broader, more diverse audience.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.Fluency in Hindi is highly desirable, as it will enhance outreach to a diverse audience.Proven experience in video content creation, including scripting, filming, editing, and distributing videos across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, especially in video-based content marketing.Comfortable on camera and confident in presenting information clearly and engagingly.Strong creative and organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in social media marketing and a keen understanding of audience engagement.Familiarity with lead generation techniques and student finance services is a plus.Personal Attributes:Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for digital marketing.Comfortable with on-camera presentations and brand representation.Strong ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.Motivated to contribute to the success of the company’s growth and business development. Remuneration:We offer a highly competitive salary based on experience, along with professional growth and development opportunities within a dynamic, forward-thinking team.
