Location: Township LahoreTimings: 3 PM - 12 AMExperience Required: 6 months – 1 yearWe are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation for IT or digital service-based projects.Key Responsibilities:Write and submit proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online tools.Identify potential clients and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements.Assist in preparing and presenting company profiles, proposals, and quotations.Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects regularly.Requirements:6 months – 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn lead generation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or software development projects.Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
