This is a full-time, remote position based in the Philippines & India, reporting directly to the clientKey ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads for potential vending machine placements.Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective businesses within the target region (Southwest England, within a 100-mile radius of the client’s location).Schedule appointments and, where appropriate, close deals or handover qualified leads to the client for final negotiations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, leads, and progress in the tracking system.Collaborate with the client to refine outreach strategies, calling scripts, and messaging for improved effectiveness.The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and business development — ideally with UK-based clients.Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Comfortable working UK business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).Able to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and appropriate hardware setup.Preferred:Experience in B2B sales industries.Strong organizational and reporting skills.What We Offer Health Insurance: The Allianz Bronze plan is a supplemental private health insurance program designed to provide enhanced care in addition to the national healthcare system in Vietnam. The employee will receive 100% of the salary during this period, and Social Security will be responsible for this pay.Maternity leave: Pregnant employees who have contributed to social security for at least 3 months are entitled to 6 months of paid leave. 2 weeks of leave can be taken before the child's birth. The employee will receive 100% of the average salary based on social insurance contributions over the last 6 months.Flexible Work Hours or Remote Work Opportunities - Depending on the role and project.
