Many have been with the company for over a decade, a true reflection of its stability and integrity.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about technology-driven business solutions and eager to make an impact in the enterprise software space.You’ll focus on identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to deal closure.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, relationship building, and solution-driven conversations.Key Responsibilities:Identify and target new enterprise clients across public and private sectors.Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to align client needs with solutions.Manage the end-to-end sales process – from lead generation to proposal development and closing deals.Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM discipline.Report on market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline performance.Build lasting relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and procurement teams.What the client are looking for:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology or solution sales.Exposure to enterprise software, document management, or digital transformation (advantageous).Strong communication and presentation skills.Comfortable working independently within a remote, high-trust environment.Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close opportunities.Enthusiastic, self-driven, and accountable.Certifications:OpenText Certified ProfessionalPostgreSQL Associate / ProfessionalAzure Fundamentals / Oracle Certified ProfessionalITIL FoundationWhat’s on OfferMarket-related base salary + commission structureLaptop, mobile & data allowanceTravel support (where applicable)Flexible / hybrid working modelRealistic targets with structured support and mentorshipIf you’re ready to grow your career in enterprise sales, work with cutting-edge EIM technologies, and be part of a trusted, dynamic team — we’d love to hear from you.
