Weβre looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build lasting client relationships, and support design professionals in transforming their workflow.πΌ Ideal Candidate:>Has experience in SaaS or interior design/furniture industry sales>Is confident in lead generation, product demos & closing deals>Strong communication and presentation skills>Understands design software like Coohom, SketchUp, or AutoCAD>Enjoys collaborating across teamsResponsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:>Handle and qualify inbound leads, guiding potential clients through the initial sales funnel stages.>Suggest and perform structured outbound sales activities, including cold calling, and social media outreach, to create new business opportunities.>Conduct research and analyze market trends and potential client segments to identify prospects and expand the client base.Client Relationship & Sales>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their design and software needs to offer tailored solutions.>Conduct engaging product presentations and demos, showcasing software capabilities and benefits to prospective clients.>Manage subscription renewals, ensuring client retention by proactively addressing needs and resolving issues.>Involved actively in client negotiations and serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries.>Achieve individual targets as well as team targets while actively contributing to the overall business strategy.Pipeline & CRM Management:>Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, keeping client records up-to-date.>Track personal sales targets, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics to meet or exceed individual goals.>Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing sales forecasts and reports.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:>Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure smooth handover and ongoing support for new clients.>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, building professional networks and staying informed of industry trends.Continuous Learning & Product Knowledge:>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the interior design and rendering software market to effectively address client inquiries and provide informed recommendations.>Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM usage.π Must be open to travel (vehicle required)π Multilingual in English, Malay, and Mandarin is a must !
