Our platform streamlines operation, maintenance, and financial management, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and growth for property businesses.Who we’re looking for:We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and building strategic partnerships. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between the company and its clients, contributing to market expansion and helping grow the reach of our SaaS solutions across the real estate rental industry.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and expand business opportunities through activities such as organizing/attending seminars, email marketing, and leveraging company-supported customer databases.Establish and develop a network of potential clients in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces.Engage with potential clients to explore and understand their needs through in-person meetings, online discussions, or phone calls.Deliver presentations/demos (onsite or online) and consult clients on suitable solutions.Prepare quotations, negotiate, and agree on implementation plans with clients.Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.Relationship Development & ManagementBuild long-term relationships with strategic partners in Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail Chains, and Education.Accompany clients throughout their digital transformation journey and maintain post-sales relationships.Target clients: Individual property owners (for lease) and Directors/Managers of companies operating leasing buildings.Confidentiality & Data Protection:Make sure to follow the company’s information security and data privacy policies when handling client, partner, and business-related informationRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Solution Consulting – preferably with experience in SaaS, software, or real estate.Strong ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.Proactive, eager to learn, with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot).Good English communication skills are a plus.Strong client consulting skills over the phone.In-depth knowledge of the market and a strong network in Ho Chi Minh City is a major advantage.Benefits and perks:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.12+3 paid leaves per yearHealthcare Insurance, annual health checkSemi-annually performance reviewFlexible in working time: 40hrs/week Monday – Friday, flexible in start time/end time.Flexible in working space: flexible and creative desks, can bring laptop home and work remotely if requiredSupporting professional work devices (Laptop, Monitor,…)Participating in internal bonding activities (travel, team building, parties, clubs, …).Training courses and talk shows are organized frequently with a variety of topics from professional knowledge to soft skills.Are you interested?
